Long Easy Run At the Gym

I did a long easy run at the gym this evening. I ran for a hour, burned 550 calories and covered a little over four miles. For most of the way, I had the speed set at five MPH. Every ten minutes I would slow down for a drink of water, then for the last several minutes I set the speed up to six MPH.
