Here is the weekly summary:
The weather and the time of day was the main impediments this last week. Each day was near freezing and I am not really used to getting up early and going out for a run. I only managed a little less than three miles per day. It is supposed to be raining next week so Saturday I signed up with Pure Gym. That should make it easier to get my miles in. Also, I should be able to get some spin classes in before bike season starts.
I did get a two sessions of core work this last week. I told the people at the gym that I wanted to do some core work.
