I had a nice easy run this evening at the gym. I have been reading

. I have decided I need to go to the gym more and do more exercise in the aerobic training zone. They say I should exercise about 6 times a week.
I have been doing three or four times a week, so I am trying to step it up a bit. The aerobic exercises will not be a problem. The resistance exercise will take a little more work since I have been doing very little of that.
Here is my heart rate for this evenings run:
